Hi :) This is the pasta my mom used to make.
6 to 7 stocks of parsley
10 shiso leaves (perilla leaves)
2 cloves of garlic
3 to 4 Tbsp olive oil
1 serving pasta
I used quinoa pasta from Trader Joe’s. It was pretty good :9!
Shiso is a popular herb in Japan and it’s often served with sashimi (raw fish) since this herb has antibacterial properties like wasabi.
