Bok choi 200g
Garlic 1-2 cloves
A pinch of salt
1 Tbsp oil
1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 handful of bonito (about 3g?)

チンゲンサイ 200g
にんにく1−2かけ
お塩 ひとつまみ
オイル 大さじ1
お醤油 大さじ1/2
鰹節 一握り(3g位?)
