Tomato Tart トマトのタルト

I used a recipe from Chuck Hughes’s cook book. It was my first time using phyllo pastry and I was kind of nervous. It’s so thin and it drys really quickly.
チャックのお料理本から一つレシピを使いました.フィロペイストリーを使うのは初めてで,若干パニックになったよ.凄く薄くて,乾くのも速いでした.

His recipe used only tomato but I added caramelized onions because I like them.
彼のレシピではトマトを使用しますが,大好きなオニオンも今回はのせてみました
