  1. I hope you are able to take pictures. This is a major event! What is his specialty? Maki or nigiri?
    Do you ever make inadisushi ..spelling may not be right. The aburagi cones with seasoned rice?
    Wish we were able to sample.

    • I made Inarizushi before and it required a lot of work. Unfortunately, Joe didn’t have time to make sushi yesterday but he should try it in the future.
