Bazaar バザール

I had many delicious dishes during my L.A. trip. I tend to make the same food over and over but I like to go out and try new dishes for inspiration. Tonight, I made a 63 degree egg with mashed potato like the one I had at Bazaar.

L.A.旅行中に沢山美味しい物を食べました。私は毎日同じような料理を作りがちですが、外食をして新しい物や、珍しい物を食べると、色々とお料理のアイディアが貰える気がする。今日はBazaarで食べた温泉卵とマッシュポテトのパフェをお家で作りましたよ:)
