Thanksgiving サンクスギビング

Next Monday is Thanksgiving Day.

Thanksgiving is a national holiday in Canada and the US.

The holiday has a long history but nowadays we celebrate with good food and family.

Unfortunately, my family is in Japan so I’ve never celebrated Thanksgiving with them.

I’m not sure but I guess it’s kind of like this.

Turkey is usually eaten.

In our case, Joe is probably going to make a nice roast chicken which I love. A turkey would be a little too big for the two of us:)

I’m looking forward to the dinner:)

  1. We in the USA have to wait until the last Thursday in November to celebrate our Thanksgiving. Wishing you a Happy Thanksgiving. I look forward to the cranberry sauce every year. I am not a real turkey fan.
